Being the first day since Hiburrito was launched, I thought I’d go through an overall look at the web site, describing each and every gadget on how to use them and what to do with them.

First of all: An Overview of the Site

In few words, Hiburrito is a free world wide “question” engine that works through an open based “poll” system, were anyone in the world can ask whatever they want to anyone they want on the web.

Special Terms

1) WOP, as I already told you in an on older post, means: “World Online Poll”. Published by a Woper for all Wopers out there.

2) A Woper is anyone who publishes WOPS, votes on WOPS, comments on WOPS and even anyone who visited the site and didn’t liked it. Yeah, anyone in the world that uses the Internet can be a Woper.

Both terms will be seen trough out the whole site. The word WOP replaced the words: Accept, Submit, Ok, Vote, Save, Publish, etc….

How does Hiburrito work? (The Art of Woping)

Hiburrito is for people of all over the world of all ages, who are seeking for an answer or information, are just curious of how people think (Likes, dislikes, habits, hobbies, etc.), or just want lo learn something new having fun with questions and answers.

Bloggers can get the more of Hiburrito by placing a direct link to their blog and pasting WOPS on blog posts. I’ll be talking a lot more about Hiburrito for Bloggers in future posts.

Upload any picture or image you want, publish the code of any video of YouTube, paste the link of any website and even use HTML code for your answers.

You can also meet new people with our Dating WOPS or test your knowledge with our Trivia WOPS.

How to vote in Hiburrito? (The Art of Woping)

If you want to vote or answer in Hiburrito because you want to give your opinion or you know the right answer, you only need to select your option and press the big WOP button. You don’t need to be logged in to answer on Hiburrito. The only way you get to see the results of a WOP is by voting.

If you don’t like the WOP you have in front of you, just move around with the arrows in the rotation, use the filters to move around or browse the “Related WOPS” to see if you find something of your likings.

I think this is more than enough information to get you guys Woping right away. You can leave a comment with any doubt, question or anything on your mind.

As you may already have noticed, my blog is only in English. I know this can be a turn off for a lot of Wopers out there that may use Hiburrito in Spanish. The thing is that very soon we are going to be adding about 11 new languages for all you Wopers to publish new WOPS in your main talking language. This will help us increase the numbers of Wopers for the website.

However, Hiburrito will still remain in 2 languages (English and Spanish) till we know from Wopers which languages do they want next. It’s not easy you know, translating every page to a new and unknown language.

Anyway, soon I’ll be publishing a WOP right here asking all of you and all our Wopers about the next language.

Going back to what this post was all about, this blog will only be available in English because until now most of our readers and Wopers use English as the website’s language. But this doesn’t mean that in the future I could add Spanish to the blog.

This is what I call perfect timing and synchronization. I never thought the web site and blog were going to be ready at the same time, but having the web designers and programmers working hard and continuously really paid off.

So I can finally say: “Don’t be an Ass, Just Ask”. I really don’t know if this slogan is going to hurt some feelings or create a little bit of conflict. Come on is funny and it’s all about what Hiburrito really is. You should grab a dictionary once in a while and learn that the word “Ass” was first associated with donkeys and not to people’s behinds. Well I’m sure you’ll get use to it really fast.

Anyway, today is the most expected day of my life. After almost a year working, brain storming and having some issues along the way, Hiburrito is finally up and running. Since this is only the fifth post I write, I don’t how many people are going to read it. But just let me tell you that this is going to be a memorable and unforgotten day to many people who worked in this project.

Being the first day and all, I don’t have much time to write because my friends and I have a lot of celebration to do and also a lot of work. I can finish this post asking you to hang around, since from now on I’m going to start writing on a regular basis.

Finally after going through multiple web designs proposals and a few headaches, I chose the one that fits more with my personality and likes.

I think every blog design should be picked carefully because every blogger should be able to look at it a bunch of times everyday and never get tired.

I believe every blogger, while working on a new blog design, should gather some family and friends for some kind of focus group or survey. Since Hiburrito was not ready one month ago, I couldn’t publish a WOP asking Wopers and readers for their opinion. But I really recommend, no better, I demand you all bloggers looking for a new design out there, to create a Picture WOP with all your final options and paste it on a post, for your readers to choose the most appropriate and soothing design for your reader’s eyes.

Remember that by creating a WOP on Hiburrito, you can add the link for your blog. That way you’ll be getting some extra traffic and a real feedback about your design. If you haven’t written you first post yet, write a guest post for a famous blogger or any blogger with some readers, asking them to help you choose the best design.

Choosing a theme or custom design?

A good blog doesn’t completely depend on its design, because good content is the solid base of any blog. But what really separates a good blog from a great blog, is having a design which no one else has.

Nevertheless, it’s all about having some extra cash laying around for hiring a web or graphic designer. If not, don’t worry too much about it ant try to find a unique free theme that relates to your content and you’ll be fine.

I’m waiting for the final blog design of Asswass.com so I can finally shape it up and install all the plugins and widgets. The blog designers are close friends of mine who are masters in graphic design. They also are the ones working on Hiburrito’s design.

This blog will contain 2 columns (1 content column and 1 sidebar), 1 header, 1 sidebar and 1 footer. I will be placing a lot of money makers and other cool stuff.

We are on our way for the final launch of Hiburrito.com on the 1^st of July of this year. I wanted to show some pics of the site under construction and explain a little bit about the progress and evolution of every segment.

The first thing that was finished was the Home Page of the web site. First I designed the header and the sidebar, which are going to be displayed on all almost every window of the site. The header includes the link this blog (www.asswass.com ), the WOP Show, the search bar, the “Become a Woper” button, Asswass Friends, the WOP menu, the link for creating WOPS and finally the Hiburrito logo.

The sidebar has 2 menus of rankings:

1) Top 10: Types of WOPS, Language, Country, Gender, Category)
2) Time Rankings: Today’s Hot WOPS, This Week’s WOPS, This Month’s WOPS, This Year’s WOPS and All Time WOPS.

Hiburrito.com was developed to be always displayed by rankings. The search results and almost every link of the web site lead you to a ranking of WOPS.

Other things that are already developed are: Woper registration, every ranking of the web site, search results, types of WOPS (Just WOPS, Picture WOPS and Video WOPS), types of answers (only text, picture + text, picture + link, only link, only picture, HTML code) and WOP Results.

Now we are working on what’s left: dating WOPS, trivia WOPS, private WOPS, WOP votes, WOP rotation, Commentaries, related WOPS, WOP Show, Asswass Friends, the widgets for publishing the WOPS on blogs and other sites, and the final design for every segment of the web site.

On the next few weeks I’ll be showing you more pics and talking a little bit more about the web site and more cool features.

Welcome to Asswass.com and thanks for stopping by. My name is Asswass and I’m from Long Beach, California and I’m 20 years old. I created this great tool for creating World Online Polls (WOPS) for any blogger and any Internet user in the World. The first thing that’s going through your mind is “Why?” and this blog is the answer for your question. To answer that question I’m going to divide this post in 2 segments: 1) The Regular Woper and 2) The Business Woper.

The Regular Woper

Yes “Whopper” is a Burger but “Woper” is anyone that has ever used Hiburrito. If you have ever voted, created a WOP, commented on a WOP, participated on a Trivia, laughed, cried or whatever at a WOP, then you are a “Woper”. Hiburrito was created for anyone and for everyone. I believe that if you still haven’t stumbled with a WOP on any site, blog, email or even in Hiburrito , then it won’t be long till it happens. If you are bored at your job, home, in class; and you’ve been 6 hours watching videos on YouTube and that’s enough, then you should stop by & Hiburrito and discover a whole new type of entertaining. Don’t worry that if you don’t know how, you can stop by everyday and read all my posts as part of your education. I bet you that in no more than 2 days reading this blog you are going to become the next type of Woper.

The Business Woper

The Internet is a complex business for a complicated world and I believe I have the most fun, exciting, entertaining, enjoyable solutions for every young and old Internet entrepreneur on the business. I believe the most important word here is “FUN”. I think that any own business should be intriguing, demanding and fun. If you don’t like to have fun and don’t enjoy yourself doing business, then I don’t think you should be reading this.

Who is this Woper? Well it’s very easy. Anyone that has a blog, that believes in the Internet business, anyone who quitted or wishes to quit his/her 9 to 5 job, anyone who wants to work from home, anyone that believes in affiliate marketing and anyone that’s willing to read this blog, is a Business Woper.
