I decided to start this blog just 2 months after me and my business partners started building Hiburrito.com.
I thought it would be a great idea to have some way to stay in direct contact with Hiburrito’s users, but I never thought I would dedicate a lot of time writing or commenting on other blogs.
When I started posting regularly (a month and a half ago) I realized that blogging is a very fun hobby and business. I enjoy writing posts, replying comments and writing comments on other blogs.
Since I’ve made some new friends in this month and a half, which I never thought I would, I decided to write this post. From now on I want my readers to know that I’m not looking for plain readers in this blog, I’m looking for new friends.
If you’ve visited Hiburrito.com then you know that I have a page which is dedicated to my friends called Asswass Friends. This means that every new Woper (Hiburrito’s users) that registers becomes automatically my friend.
I have the same philosophy with this blog. From now on every reader that stops by will become my friend. It doesn’t matter if you’re a onetime reader, an RSS subscriber or part of my weblog community, you will always be considered a friend in Asswass.com.
I also have a VIP list (you guys know who you are). If you want to become part of my VIP list then you need to start visiting more often or subscribe by email.
WOP!!!

Hey Asswass,
This is an interesting idea. I think, especially with people in our niche, it’s really important to keep close connections with everyone and also establish social networking with everyone. I also think it’s important to maintaining a flowing conversation and allow others to contribute….. You know you’re always welcome to guest post on my blog.
Agree. We are here (blogosphere) to making friends.
Erm, am I in your VIP list? =P
Asswass, since you came to my blog and left a comment, I started to aware about your existence. It means, every blogger love to make friend among bloggers but we have to make them aware about our existence..
Hey Brad, its cool to know that every new blogger thinks like this. I think that bloggers with thousands of readers stop communicating with their readers. They may receive 50 to 100 comments on a blog post but they could at least make the effort to connect with their readers. I don’t know if this blog will grow to have thousands of readers but I know that I will never stop paying attention to those who take their time to read it.
I´ll be honored to publish a post on your blog. Let me think of an idea and I’ll get back to you.
Thanks
Of course Jacob, you helped me with my facebook URL problem
That’s right Fatin. You’re on my VIP list because you became the first faithful reader of this blog.
